Private yoga and therapy

If you are suffering from pain, lack of movement, have recently had surgery and want to support rehabilitation, have an injury, syndrome or issue that is hampering your movement, or just wish to have support to develop your own home yoga regime under expert guidance then private sessions are for you.

Vivienne has over 25 years of experience with Yoga and several other movement modalities to assist you to heal, move well and understand your body and how to help yourself! Many clients have managed to now live pain-free, healthy lives from consulting Viv.

You can simply book 1 session to try but most clients prefer a package of 5 sessions (which gives you a 10% discount) and is the preferred way to initiate a new home healing practice.

Since I have now relocated to Brisbane, Australia, these sessions will now be carried out in Brisbane or via Zoom for anyone living elsewhere
